Seat adjuster covers for Chim' or Griff'
Discussion
I think quite a few peeps would like a set of those so an ideal project for someone with a 3D printer.
If someone takes it on make the boss around the fixing hole a larger diameter and with a decent radius at its base. It is this boss breaking out which is the demise of most of them.

They do list them in their catalogue but they are not available.

Adrian Venn reproduced some in fibreglass. I believe he has wound up his business, Exactly TVR, but he may still be able to help you?
They were used on Fiat X19, I have a spare pair I tracked down through an X19 Group on FaceBook for a fair price, but they were in America. Postage bumped the total cost up abit lot!

I have considered doing them using ABS but I suspect the finish will not be good enough. The most obvious way to print them would be face down, but a 3D printer leaves a pattern on the top and bottom surfaces which is very obvious, and I think it would not look right. They could be printed vertically and the face sanded smooth but it's a lot of work to get a good finish with a significantly higher failure rate, and it will never look like the original. If someone takes it on make the boss around the fixing hole a larger diameter and with a decent radius at its base. It's really a job for injection moulding.
The 3D version melted in the sun (OK, on a black surface at the front of my house, which is a sun trap! BUT, in mid October), much the same as the 3D door handle cover that went into a car (the TVR M series/Tasmin handle cover) and melted...which has since been injection molded in MEXICO as a company there had the tooling.
Back on topic...from the 3D printed version a mold to create them in FG, in satin paint.
